Clenching Fear

I forgot what happens

I forgot that my hand creases when I clench it

And that the clench isn’t the curse

Just the frustration

But no solution will ever appear

If I don’t forget that clench equals fear

And so I forget

I forget that my hand has creases

Until I open it

And look down…

And…

…you know
